Our office sells on average between 180 to 240 units per year.

We have a very good record of selling our own listings through advertisements. We advertise weekly in the Belleville News Democrat, monthly in the Southern Illinois Homes magazine and on the internet. We also list our homes with pictures, at the Scott AFB housing information center. We create a flyer listing the amenities of each home. We place the flyer in the home which is for sale so that prospective buyers can take it with them.
